Click the map: Arctic Hub connects 51 researchers from across all fields

At Arctic Hub Connect, a diverse group of researchers shared plans and knowledge with their peers. The outcome was this clickable map of research activities in 2023.

Greenland needs a better overview of research activities in the country. This has long been a goal for Naalakkersuisut, the government of Greenland, as well as for Arctic Hub. An important step in reaching that goal was taken on April 17th when the Arctic Hub Connect workshop took place.

51 researchers participated and shared their plans for the upcoming field work season with their peers. This was the first time a workshop of this size took place in Greenland. The result was a detailed map of diverse research projects across Greenland – perhaps the most comprehensive map of research in Greenland to date.
